It all starts with identity.

The words 'know thyself' were inscribed at the Temple of Apollo at Delphi. This famous phrase encourages deep self-reflection and awareness.

Your Identity Is Your Temple

So… who are you?

It sounds like a simple question—but for many mothers, the answer isn’t always clear.

We’re the multitaskers, the caregivers, the dream-chasers.

We’re building careers, running businesses, studying, raising children, supporting partners, looking after aging parents, maintaining homes, and nurturing relationships.

We give so much of ourselves to others.

And it is beautiful.

But in the midst of all that giving…

Where are you?

When was the last time you truly checked in with yourself—not just ticking the self-care boxes like getting your nails done or eating your veggies—but really looked within?

When did you last pause long enough to ask,
"Who am I, beneath it all?"

Because being seen matters.
Not by others, but by yourself.

We all long to be seen, heard, and understood.
But if we rely solely on others to reflect our worth, we miss the chance to truly love ourselves.

Real self-love is rooted in self-worth, self-expression, and intentional self-care.
This is how you build your temple—a sacred space within you that’s yours alone.
A space of reverence, truth, and wholeness.
