At I Am Me, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and a positive client experience. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds for coaching services.

1. Session Refunds
A. Cancellations by Client
• 24 Hours’ Notice (or more): You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. A full refund will be issued upon request or the session can be rescheduled.
• Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency (at our discretion).
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is non-refundable.
B. Cancellations by Coach
• If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

2. Packages and Programmes
If you’ve purchased a coaching package (e.g., multiple sessions):
• Before Use: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.
• After Partial Use: A pro-rata refund may be issued for unused sessions if requested within 14 days of the first session. Used sessions will be charged at the standard single-session rate.
• After Full Use or 30 Days: No refunds will be issued for packages once all sessions have been completed or if 30 days have passed, whichever comes first.

3. Digital Products or Online Courses (if applicable)
Refunds for downloadable or online coaching content (e.g., eBooks, video courses) are not provided once the content has been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with UK consumer law.

4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances at our discretion. To request a refund, please email michellehalsall@proton.me with the reason and any supporting information.

5. Processing Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
• We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
